M. Dale Canter Honored

M. Dale Canter Honored at the February Council Meeting

Dale Canter, who has served the Village since 2013 as both the Interim Police Chief and the Assistant Safety Director accepted a plaque from the County Office of Emergency Management.  Mr. Canter worked diligently on creating the Village's Emergency Management Plan, making the Village of Moreland Hills the 11th Community in Cuyahoga County to be certified for the completion of the Ready Certified Emergency Management Program. 





Upon his January retirement, Village Council presented Dale with a Resolution naming him Honorary Safety Director.  Resolution 2016-09




Mayor Renda also honored Dale with a Proclamation which proclaimed February 10, 2016 as M. Dale Canter Day.  Dale Canter Proclamation




The Village of Moreland Hills is certainly going to miss having Dale Canter around!
