   A. Ord. 2013-53 an ordinance authorizing the mayor and the clerk of council to enter into an agreement with the chagrin falls suburban volunteer fireman’s association inc. for the provision of fire protection and emergency medical services and declaring an emergency.
   
   B. Ord. 2013-54 an ordinance authorizing change order no. 1 with nerone & sons, inc. for the 2013 culvert & drainage repair program and declaring an emergency.
   
   C. Ord. 2013-55 an ordinance authorizing change order no. 1 with tesar construction, inc. for the potts’ pier project and declaring an emergency.
   
   D. Ord. 2013-56 an ordinance authorizing and ratifying the mayor’s early renewal of the contract with medical mutual for the provision of health care insurance to village employees, at the total estimated monthly cost of $25,977.56 and declaring an emergency.
   
   E. Ord. 2013-57 an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into a contract with dalene m. pride, an independent governmental affairs consultant, to conduct an audit of certain ohio bureau of motor vehicle records for the years 2013 and 2014 to correct any mis-allocation of motor vehicle registrations within cuyahoga county, and declaring an emergency.
   
   F. Ord. 2013-58 an ordinance authorizing the mayor to engage jones day to represent the village and to sign an amici curiae brief in support of jurisdiction in the ohio supreme court to consider the case of northeast ohio regional sewer district v. bath township, et al., and declaring an emergency.
   
   G. Ord. 2013-59 an ordinance adopting the village’s record retention policy and declaring an emergency.
   
   H. Res. 2013-60 a resolution requesting the county fiscal officer to make advances from the proceeds of real and personal property tax levies and special assessments during the fiscal year 2014 pursuant to the ohio revised code section 321.34 and declaring an emergency.
   
   I. Ord. 2013-61 an ordinance establishing the temporary appropriations for the first quarter of the fiscal year of 2014 for the village of moreland hills, and declaring an emergency.
   
   J. Ord. 2013-62 an ordinance providing additional appropriations, transferring items already appropriated and declaring an emergency.
   
   K. Ord. 2013-63 an ordinance amending section 1313.22 and repealing sections 1313.20, 1313.21, and 1313.23 of chapter 1313, “plans, permits, and fees,” of the building code to establish a new building permit fee schedule.
