Honoring Moreland Hills Veterans

On Veterans Day, Mayor Spencer honored former Moreland Hills resident and Vietnam Veteran, Chief Warrant Officer John Charles “J.C.” Hosken, with a memorial stone at Veterans Gateway Park.  Chief Warrant Officer Hosken was killed in Cambodia on an extraction mission when the aircraft he was in suffered a crash due to an explosion. 

The Village would like to continue to honor Moreland Hills residents who were killed in action.  If you know of any Moreland Hills veterans who were killed in action and you would like to have them honored at Veterans Gateway Park, please call Village Hall or email villagehall@morelandhills.com
