Proper Reporting of Face Mask Non-Compliance

A reminder to all of our residents. PLEASE DO NOT CALL 911 IF YOU WISH TO REPORT A NON-COMPLIANCE ISSUE WITH THE STATE ORDER REQUIRING FACE MASKS.

 Please utilize the Cuyahoga County Board of Health "Tip Line" by calling 216.698.5050. Another option is hyper linked below. Our proactive friends at the Chagrin Valley Dispatch Center have created an online form that can be used to report a masking related issue. This form will then be forwarded to the Board of Health. Residents are encouraged to utilize either of these options.
