Special Pick-Up & Yard Waste Pick-Up Services to Resume 6/1/20

The Service Department will begin their Special Pick-Up and Yard Waste Pick-Up services on Monday, June 1.

Residents are reminded to call the week prior to schedule both types of pick-ups and that yard waste must be in the proper brown lawn and leaf bags. 

Both Pick-Ups must be placed at the curb by 7:00am on the day of the pick-up (done on every Monday unless it is a Holiday).

**NEW SPECIAL PICK-UP POLICY**

Each resident is now entitled to two (2) free pickups per year, except that the resident shall pay the Municipality for any out-of-pocket expenses (such as Freon removal) which the Municipality will incur as a result of such pick-up.

Only  three additional special service pick-ups per year may be scheduled with the Service Department for a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00)  plus any additional charge for any anticipated additional expenses. 

 Such charges shall be paid prior to the removal.  You can drop a check off at Village Hall or mail it to Village Hall 4350 S.O.M. Center Road, Moreland Hills, Ohio 44022.
