Throughout this Program, the Village will rely on other organizations to assist us in implementing BMP's. Section 4.3 of the Ohio EPA draft NPDES Phase II permit requires that we have written acceptance from these organizations that they agree to assist us in the implementation of the minimum control measures. Organizations we will partner with include the Board of Health, Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District, Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District and the Chagrin River Watershed Partners.
